The length of each class is 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. In addition to learning the 5 main steps of wine making - you will also be given definitions of all relevant terminology, a wine journal book and instructions how-to-journal the wine you drink. You will also receive one bottle of wine from each batch (4) made by your class, WITH personalized labels designed by you. The importance of sterlization and proper equipment usage is stressed.
